Our powerful software solutions offer seamlessly integrated CAD, engineering, and CNC fabrication environment. ScotSteel, capable of engineering using the latest global standards and codes, such as IBC, AISI, AS4600, and EN1993, also offers a comprehensive architectural design capability suitable for any residential and commercial application. Revit integration through Strucsoft MWF Pro Metal are also available, compatible with both our Knudson and Scottsdale platforms. The design flows to our powerful ScotRF CNC software, seamlessly integrated into the same user environment.

Roll Forming Machines

Our Scottsdale and Knudson by Scottsdale rollforming machines cover a wide array of products – structural and non-structural studs, building panels, resilient and furring channels, corner bead angle. The range of the equipment covers sizes of up to 2.75 mm (Ga. 12) in thickness and depths from 1 to 12 in. (25 to 300 mm). The rollformers produce either standard SSMA/SFIA sizes, or ICC-ES code approved proprietary Scottsdale shapes.
